Personal data entrusted for processing, in particular name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, are processed in order to order a conversation with the Consultant and report the damage, present the insurance offer of our partners, contact our representative in order to present the offer, as well as in order to marketing of own products and services of Upside Property Menagment Sp. z o.o ..
Each person has the right to inspect their data and correct them at the headquarters of ADO, as well as the right to object to data processing and to withdraw consent at all, to the extent permitted by the above. law. In the above cases, the data owner should contact ADO in writing. Providing data is voluntary, however, necessary to provide services.

Due to the nature of the business service, Upside Property Menagment Sp. z o.o. by agreeing to the processing of personal data, their owner also agrees to the transfer of their data by ADO to entities cooperating with ADO in the field of offering insurance products to perform activities related to the implementation of the service.
